TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING
Bookings can be made by e-mail or telephone. To confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit and the remaining balance will be paid automatically two weeks before your trip. If you choose not to do this option, then please let us know as you’re booking your sessions so we can figure out another alternative.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are available within 24 hours of booking. A 25% cancellation fee will be retained. This fee also applies to changing a confirmed package. After this time no money will be refunded. If you are forced to cancel your trip, you have 60 days to re-schedule your trip, and up to one year from the time of purchase to use it.
